V5 Problem with toolbar

I'm having a problem with the in sim control panel.  I've configured the toolbar via the options window and the FCR icon is showing in the toolbar but when I click it the window that opens is blank.  Any suggestions?

Hi Peter ! You need run FCR external app and give it permission (if requested) to use network . Please remember to run as admin .... otherwise tomorrow morning (CEST time) we can have a teamviewer

All those things are done.  I turned on the developer mode and checked the console window for error messages.  Every time I click the FCR icon I get these two error messages:

[Coherent GT] Failed to locate file vfs:///html_UI/JS/debug.js

Attempting to call FuelSystem simvar on a plane which doesn't use the modular FuelSystem.

Is that any help?
