Well, I don't really know everything :D :) :o :( . One example is ActiveSky -- I don't know that well at all, sorry.

In general I would recommend leaving most of the FSUIPC options to default, but ActiveSky documentation will probably advise you better in any case.

Only in the visibility section would I advise setting some options -- enable the default maximums, the smoothing, the random METAR extension, and the graduated visibility.

With FS2004 most of the other weather facilities in FSUIPC are really not so useful and are best left for the weather program to control.
