Yes I always install as Administrator. I have everything in my Modules folder when I install fsuipc4 and click "not now" when asked to register. Fsuipc also appears in addons when I run fsx steam but when I run the installer again and this time click "register" checking my correct details from simmarket only the douments folder appears is in fsx steam modules folder which is also now empty. Everything else has disappeared from the fsx steam modules folder and also my addon fsuipc in fsx steam is no longer there. Many thanks for your quick reply. FSUIPC4 Install.log

Moved to Main Forum !! I downloaded a clean fsx - steam in to my windows 10 system and tried to install Fsuipc 4.962. It installed ok but when I entered my register key nothing was in my fsx steam modules folder. I discovered if I installed fsuipc 4 and did not register it and just clicked not now it was installed in the modules folder. I could also run fsx steam simulator and the addon for fsuipc was there. When I again try to install and register fsuipc 4 with my key code it disappears from the modules folder and is not in Fsx steam when I run it. Please advise. FSUIPC4 Install.log
