Multyengine aircraft throttles won't return to idle

Problem solved with a full re-install. -
Since the 7.5 update the throttles of any multiengine aircraft will climb to the firewall but will only slide back halfway. On single engine aircraft, only throttle 2 works. This happens only when FSUIPC is running. If I exit FSUIPC (even with the simulator running) all throttle control goes back to normal. All other controls function normally. In the log, I see that a "Cirrus" preset is being used (?) although the aircraft being used is the PMDG 737 800. Same thing with Fenix Airbuses or twin turboprops.Thanks for any help. I have tried to find a topic with this issue but have not been able to find it. FSUIPC7.log
