FSUIPC causing P3d v4.1 to not load

Hello, I am having a weird issue and I have tracked it down to FSUIPC. I deleted my p3d and did a clean install but when I install FSUIPC5 it causes P3d to not load the scenario screen yet P3d is still running in Processes when seen through the task manager. When I restore to my restore point just before installing fsuipc it works perfectly. what is the problem? Thanks in advance.
