John, last but not least, I got the application to run and completed the registration. HOWEVER only by chance and good luck by own try. Only by inserting the lines in the FSUIPC7. key into the registration mask using past/copy could the data be validated. So thank you very much for your help up to this point. BUT, When I opened FSUIPC and wanted to do the assignment of axes and buttons, I noticed that the program does not accept inputs from axes, because all input options are grayed out. (see attached screenshots). I have looked in your manuals for a solution to this problem but found nothing to indicate that this error exists at all. You will understand that I am extremely frustrated at the moment that your product is not performing as it promises. I honestly do not understand that such seerious defects can be accepted in a program to be sold in the community and I really wonder if I should be the first or only customer which is corfronted with such a mess. I would be very grateful if you could explain these mistakes to me and, even better, correct them once and for all. Regards Jochen Sieler

John, John, I followed your instructions and it seems as if the application is opening. However, only in trial mode, i. e. I can not make settings on axes etc. That's not what I want! Furthermore , when clicking the FSUIPC symbol, MSFS2020 will start but NOTHING happens in regard of FSUIPC!!!! What's wrong here?

So to be honest, I'm pretty confused right now. What exactly is to be done now? In which folder should the FSUIPC7. key file be inserted? I kindly ask for specific instructions on what to do . Jochen

Hi John, the order number is 3168182. The trial version actually doesn´t seem to be useful as I can´t assign any axis or switches in that version. Your help is highly appreciated! Jochen

Hi John, I just un-installed the old Microsoft VC++ redistributables as documented and installed the new one exactly as documented - NO EFFECT AT ALL ! I still can not register the product. As a matter of fact I paid a lot of money for nothing!? PLEASE HELP !! Jochen

I bought the FSUIPC7 yesterday and can not register it. After I have entered all the required information with paste/copy from the registration email from SimMarket into the mask for registration the following message appears " Registration details for FSUIPC7 not valid - please re-enter and try again" I followed every step of your instructions given in your "FSUIPC7 Installation and Registration Guide" very precisely. Since my PC is brand new the Microsoft VC++ redistributables are up to date. In spite of all this, I am unable to register FSUIPC7. I URGENTLY ask for your constructive help.
