[Honolulu Real traffic not working]

I just purchased Real Traffic 9/22/2020 and no joy.  Also purchased Real color for PHNL and that doesn't appear to be working either.  I'm runnind Steam Tower!3D Pro.
Same issues for Vancouver Canada.  Have been running KSAN, KSFO, KPHL and others with no problems.

[SPEECH ISSUES]

I have read several posts re. speech issues.  Mine is with TRACON 12:SE.  I also play TOWER 3D PRO and the sound and speech are fine.

I've checked and all TRACON .exe files are set to run as ADMINISTRATOR.

If anyone has solved this issue I'd love to hear how.
