  1. hi. I have the same issue, I put

    [Profile.FenixA320]
    1=FenixA320

but FSUIPC won't recognize this and I have to link the profile again for every single livery.
Don't know if it's an issue with FSUIPC or the v2 of the Fenix, but it use to work just fine a while ago.
I tried different lines, like "Fenix A320" or "FenixA320cfm" etc., but nothing seem to work.

After I link the aircraft (jn this case EC-LOP) to the profile via the FSUIPC window, the ini looks like this:

    [Profile.FenixA320]
    1=FenixA320
    2=Fenix A320 - VLG EC-LOP

Any advice on how I set it to load the profile for any Fenix livery?
    Thanks!

Hi ! Thank you for your kind words my friend !!! Yes unfortunatelly there are some vars that are misaligned in SDK . I m working on it 😉

Hi. ....it did sound a bit like an easy fix with something being "misaligned", but then again I don't have any clue about vars and SDKs ... 🙂
Still, it's been almost a month, any chance we'll get a working replay for the Fenix any time soon?

    Cheers.

  3. HI there,

I'd like to use the auto-record function, but I have 2 questions.

So first, what I'm trying to do is auto-record every landing as soon as I - let's say - descent through 1000ft AGL on final.
But is the altitude you can define in settings AGL or BARO? ... (because when it is baro, I would face a problem since not every airport is at 0ft MSL).

And second, as the manual states you'll still have to press record at the beginning of the flight to "arm" the auto-record system.
Can't there be any real auto-function, where I just let FCR start with the sim (i.e. via fsuipc) and then just forget about it since it will just record every landing as described above?
Hitting record is just another thing not to do/forget (which I most likely will from time to time), and I'd love a system that just starts with the sim and does its thing...

    Thanks,

    Stu

  4. Hi,

so far v5-summer is working really really great, thanks a lot. When I record and finish a flight, even with engines shut down and doors open, loading a replay works perfectly, the replays are great.
Only thing to mention is the sometimes still erratic behavior (so far only the port side) of the Fenix' spoilers during replay. IDK if this can be improved somehow, maybe I'm doing something wrong during replays? Is there a tip/workaround/recommendation for this? Thanks Fabio and keep it up!

Uhm i m investigating , for sure if you reload the msfs situation and replay should be ok , but I ll check

This happens every time I load/play a recorded file, even with MSFS shut down and opened again, reloaded situation and all...
Will send you the last .fcr...

  6. Hi Fabio,

do you think you can do something about that left spoiler always being up as soon as a aileron movement is recorded?
No idea why it's only the left one, doesn't matter which way the turn is recorded but as soon as aileron movement is replayed, the spoiler goes up and either stays up or goes down about half way.... (See video of a replay)

    Hello Customers !

In a couple of hours a new Update of FlightControlReplay (v5.2212.27) build will be online and you ll be notified via simmarket.

    This update fix this behaviour

    Dec2022 Update - December 27th 2022 - changelog

    • PMDG Fenix BAE146 restore modules for replay Flaps, Ailerons, Reverse and Spoilers

Sorry for that but there was a bug into deploy process of past build. Now you can return to record and replay  Flaps, Ailerons, Reverse and Spoilers for Fenix, PMDG and Bae146

    Sorry for the inconvenience

    Fabio

Okay, seems to work way better now, thanks!
Flaps, spoilers, reversers are played back quite correctly, only ailerons are still acting up a bit (only the port side for some reason). Will keep testing.

  8. Did another 2 tests, it's just not working here.
The recording does not respect gear position, flaps and ailerons at all, spoilers only randomly and the ailerons do strange stuff during replay.

I'm sorry, unless I missed setting something specific for the Fenix, I'd say this just isn't working.
If you have a specific setup, timing, procedure and scenario where this worked, fair enough. But a general, practical day-to-day recording scenario (start record at 3000ft AGL during approach then stop recording at the gate, then watch your arrival in a replay), FCR just can't handle it I guess....

    Hi!

sorry I confused you with a previous user .

reinitialize it means go back to the main menu (after finished the record) and select runway , select fenix and position it in the runway . After you ll load recorded flight via fcr

okay, any specific panel state recommended?

    Hi!

Did you reinitialized fenix before load replay from fcr ? I tested your file recorded in news build and it works

    Hi Fabio,

would you be so kind and explain what exactly you mean by "reinitialize" the Fenix? Could you give me a step by step guide?
What I did was just open MSFS, load a fresh scenario with the Fenix and then loaded the file in FCR.
(Ideally, I'd like to review my landing right after I ended the flight and disembarked the passengers)

And what do you mean you tested "my file"? I never sent you any file.... !?!

    Cheers

  11. I keep coming back to this, especially after the latest update that stated "...supports the events of the Flaps, Gears, Ailerons, Spoliers, Reverse Thrust and Slats."
Unfortunately and to my disappointment, it just doesn't work for me with the Fenix, Not a bit. I just recorded and replayed a recording and neither flaps nor ailerons or spoilers were played back correctly, in fact they just did nothing. I really don't believe this will ever work with an airliner that uses its own external flight model.....

  12. Okay, thanks, I will give it another try with the procedure you described above.
One reason I purchased this was an FSElite article stating quote:

"... This latest version continues that trend with a new user interface, better integration with PMDG and Fenix products."

So I assumed there has been made some special adjustments to make the recordings of control surfaces etc. possible in the Fenix.
Right now, I get the same results with free tools like SkyDolly. But i will keep trying...

    Thanks

  13. Hi,
I'm trying to use this with the Fenix A320 but I always get either one side's ailerons doing something wierd on approach, reversers not activating after touch down, parking brakes staying set on takeoff, spoilers suddenly deploying during the takeoff roll etc...

Is there a certain "procedure" how to replay a recording with the Fenix correctly?
Do I need to setup the aircraft in a specific way before loading/playing the recording?
Are there things to make sure to avoid when doing the replay?

    Thanks!
