[Weather Radar not working]

Hi! I am trying to get the weather radar using FSUIPC + AS16 + FSX + Project Magenta.

This is the FSUIPC config:

These two files are being generated on the CDU computer:

radar.bin its empty (yes, 200kb of nothing)

radar.bmp its a black picture
