Hi Hans,
I can see your point, but note that we are not unique in this respect. E.g. you cannot save/load PMDG flight plan in any directory other than the one determined by PMDG. And much the same hold for FSX itself.
As long as we do not see any compelling reason why it should be able to save/load flight plans in any directory of your choice, I believe we will stick with the current situation.

Hello Sascha & Volker,
i have the same Problem as the user openening this thread. In Version 8 i use a network Share and subdirectorys in the share and structure the flightplans. And of course
it is possible in FSX to use a standard file Selection Dialog to browse to any place in your filesystem to load a Flight Plan!
I FSC 9 this i not possible any more. I have to copy Flight Plans manually from the FSC directory to the network share and i can´t use directorys to structure my flightplans.
in my eyes this is a big drawback in FSC 9 regarding FSC 8 and i can´t understand why ist is better to remove the stardard file selection Dialog and the possibility to use
directorys to structure Flightplans in FSC 9. The fact, that PDMG are strict in not allowing the user to determine the location for his Flight plans is in my eyes not a good
argument to strict the FS 9 user the same way. For me It is more the other way around. Allowing the User of FSC 9 to place the builded Flight Plan directly in the directory
that PMDG uses is smarter than doing this by hand copying the Flightplan from the FSC 9 Directory to the PDMG Directory.
I hope you rethink about this elemination of functionality in FSC 9 and reintegrate a standard File Selection Box as nearly every Program in the World use for File Access
Thank you and best regards

Hallo Chris,
Charts für Frankreich findest Du hier
http://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/aip_fr.htm
"English Version" anklicken, dann findet man unten unter den "Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP)" ein eigenes Eingabefenster "Quick access to the charts in force:" hier kann man sich die französischen Charts herunterladen.
:D
Viele Grüße

Problem FSCommander im Netzwerk

Hallo,
Lucas
