[Installation issues, SN?]

Ordered item below back in early September, Copy of billing below for your review:

Installed product on my PC, worked quite well.

Later, Installed Win 7 -32-bit, course required clean install of all other programs, including MultiCore Environment Advanced, went to download link, "Product not available" on their website. Sent support information requesting new download link. Week later or so, received a MCEA disc to my surprise, received an email confirming receipt, confirmed but requested a download, received the disc, and thanked them accordingly. Installed from Disc, entered serial number, worked fine.

Here's where it gets screwy: While satisfied with Win 7 32-bit, decided to upgrade to Home Premium Win 7 64-bit. Course, from clean install, with your product, tried hard as I could, entering, Serial Number, course would not work. Last eve, tried once more, apparently typed in an "O", for the serial information, closer examination revealed should be a 0 (zero), accepted it, then dialogue box appeared, alas, PC froze up.... restarted, opened program again, back to square one, or nowhere. Will not accept either with O or 0, suspect might not be installed, ensured it was set up as a 32-bit (x86) confirmed, as it should be.

To be sure, downloaded latest version, 2.70 from your FSPS website, course such download required that the older version be uninstalled, was, new installed, guess what?

Kindly advise at your earliest, look forward to using it again with FSX, ActiveX (weather) and XTraffic, until then, hope you enjoy the day.

Result, me lost, kindly advise.

[FPC with FSUIPC]

Dear Peter,

I am blessed with PFC's Cirrus II with jet yoke, works flawlessly with FS9. But adding FSX with full installation of FPC's drivers, plus FSUIPC when I attempt to set up key assignments for Control Yoke buttons, I click on FSCtrls, then go to each line item (highlighting a specific line), the entire program (including FSX) freezes solid, requiring task manager to shut down.

Following your instructions to the letter in conjunction with FPC, I installed FSUIPC First, then install the PFC drivers, it installs a new FSUPIC and overwrites) violating your instructions, as FSUIPC was already installed.

This puts me back to where I started.

Tried different ways to make this work, to no avail.

Help!

I recognize you're away til the 9th, so hope you will able to resolve my issues.

To be sure, Dual Core, 2.667, XP Pro, and FSX Acceleration installed including SP 3. Same with XP.

Being an old fuggy duggie, I enjoy railroading, but steam as a child was rare, until in 1962 saw a CB&Q 5632 steam (4-8-4 Northern) exursion (sic) railfan train pulling through Pacific Junction, IA, after hiking from Council Bluffs (18 miles) overnight.

Must have been 3,000 waiting for this steamer, fortunately my cousin and I ran into some neighbors and gave us a lift back.....we fell asleep soundly and sunburned....

The noise and smoke was pure music.
