should I be loading the other files (EGKK) into the main 3D file?

I have them them all on my desktop. I ran the installers as advised and entered in the codes I was given. This wont allow me to add another screenshot. Also it maybe worth noting I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, in the following order:- Tower Traffic EGKK EGKK in colour

So I purchased this along with the EGKK add on, along with the real traffic and real colour. All I get is white planes. Not really worth the money, and completely disappointed. How can I go about getting a refund?
