Interesting, I first called the number for BMT and they basically redirected me to the BMT customer service email address. Still waiting on a resolution...

Thanks, I just reached out to them and they said they don't have control over the installer (if I understood correctly), however, they referred me to someone else who will hopefully be able to generate a new registration code.

Out of curiosity, where to you recommend purchasing in the future? Also thinking about purchasing the ERJ for black friday, but don't want to run into the same issue again.

Today I purchased e-jets v2 for FS9, and I downloaded the installers from the link sent to my email address. However, when I click the installer I am unable to progress past the "Registration" page after typing in my registration code, as the "Next" button stays unclickable. Appreciate the help!
