[Is FSUIPC 7 Backwards Compatible?]

I run FSX-SE, P3d v4.5 and now MSFS 2020. I have a FSUIPC 5 Key and a FSUIPC 7 KEY. Currently I have full FSUIPC functionality in P3D and 2020. However, in FSX SE there is no FSUIPC selection in the add on drop down. Will the paid version of FSUIPC 5 operate in FSX SE and if so can you tell me how to install it in FSXSE.

Hi, I am new to FSUIPC and have purchased a license for 7. There is an icon on the desk top but it just launches MSFS 2020 and does not provide any input panel. Would appreciate some direction on what I have done wrong.
