[P3d and Fsuicp with Prosim V1 How to assign toes brakes]

How do you assign toes brakes in p3d v3 with pro sim V1 for the capt and first officer?  Fsuip only show axis setup up for one?  thanks

HI, I have p3d v 4.5 fsuicp v6 and prosim.  I have set up elevator and ailerons on bodnar boards, fsuicp picks them up and it calibrates no problem. When I fly the ailerons work fine but the elevator is not correct as you cannot really rotate.

The second issue is the tiller.  Again, in a bodnar board and it pick up the axis and then it is set in joystick calibration however when I try to use it has no response.  I have deleted all controls in p3d.  Any ideas please?
