  1. I'll think I have quite good grip about it, but I havn't used this specific offset The background is that I have a application monitoring the current flight session and displaying all connected flights on a webbpage, one new thing could be to allow the user to use the Zapp function during certain circumstances for each "session". So, providing this function from a button from the external appliction will make it possible to restrict the use to one time. But if the user maps the function to a key he can access it how many times he want's. Their is maybe no way of restrictning access ? When you mention mapping to key's, are they "WideFS form keys" you are meaning ? Then it would be possible to check the WideFS ini file for the current configured key's. Best regards
  2. Ok, if I use the control number the function do not need to be mapped to a specific key ? Thanx for you reply
  3. Hi, Is it possible to invoke the Traffic zapper function throu code instead of mapping it to a button ?
  4. Hi, Thanks for the info, just what I needed to know
  5. Hi, Running FSUIPC version 3.75 and WideFS with FS2004. With ActiveSky (using WideFS) their is a button called Refresh AI Is it possible to detect when a Refresh of AI traffic is done ? (can't find anything in the sdk manual) best regards
  6. Parameter Good to know, until reading and checking the time in FS and doing something with it that realy isn't that obvious. Sorry, didn't have any intention to offend you. Not knowing about the time issues in FS it's not that easy to know. When Zulu offset is changed is not that clear, something changed to the better (it was correct). The documentation regarding time/date leaves at least something to the imagination. Overall I think FSUIP is a great product and well documented, and I do read the documentation. Thanks agin for FS real time tip, that mayby will do the trick. best regards
  7. Have some question about the date/time prm. (FS2004) 1) When passing midnight, the day isn't updated. Is that a FS issue ? 2) I'm located in Sweden, now we have daytime saving (+1h gmt), usally stockholm is +1 gmt, but now it is +2 gmt. When loading a airport in sweden gmt/local time has +2 time difference (and FS seems to think helsinki/finland is +2 as well). reading zulu offset says -120 minutes when I change local time / zulu time with a 2 hour diffrence the time sets is FS but if I read zulu offset I get 60 minutes. I did some test with setting this value as well but it didn't seem to work Are "you" doing something in FSUIP modul or are all this FS issues ? Have you any guidelines regarding setting/reading date/time ? Best regards jens/sweden
  8. Thanks for a quick reply Not interrested in the AI traffic, just the ATC radio traffic with the pilot himself, or the current ATC status (taxi, cleared to land etc). If you look in the saved flight file it seems that this information is atleast saved. rgrds jens
  9. Is it possible to monitor the ATC traffic between the pilot and tower ? Or get the current state (taxi, cleared for take-off, land etc) ? I'll guess it's not possible (haven't found it the the docs)..
