Slowly moving forward planes in FS 2004 in comb with FSUIPC

Since a few weeks I have the following problem:ALL my planes PMDG 737/747-LevelD -767 but also the default 172 Cessna are moving very slowly forward. I calibrated my Joystick,reinstalled FS2004,read all forum issues. This night I discovered that when I do not install FSUIpc (version 3.53)the problem dissapeared. Please advise me what to to!
