Ye, sorry about that, but I changed everything earlyer to eng US and still didnt work. So I reset everything, and did all the steps again you asked me, and system laguage wasnt one of the requirements. Anyway look picture 5 for update

So I bought the game on steam, but I tried 1.5 hours to make the voice thing work. had to refund it... can you help me so I can buy it again (had to install earlier version to troubleshoot more.
