Review the manual as some VC controls are different than FS9/X because of P3D protocols.

The manual isn't even showing in the folder for P3D ? I used the previous version in P3D without any problems

I've removed it and installed again making sure I'd installed as Admin and still the same as my first post.

  2. Hi,

Just installed the V3 into P3Dv4.5 for the first time and I've noticed a few issues

    1) I'm unable to move the knob to start the APU

    2) Unable to move the knob to arm Emergency Lights

    3) Unable to move the knob to start engines?

I purchased it from Simmarket as I'd had V1 in the past so selected the upgrade price. I've inserted my serial key and installed the V3 into main P3D folder rather than add-on way.

I've looked to see if there is any other files needed, but there is none. The download file in Simmarket shows  this (EMB_V3_170-190_new_customer_sp2.exe).

Would appreciate any help, as I can't even use the aircraft currently???

  3. Hi John,

Thanks for the reply, I did try installing the newer version even though I'm still running 4.4 but I then got the below message. Is it worth me installing the FSUIPC4 ? I know this is for previous versions?

I did try reinstalling the Scenery.msi for P3Dv4 today could this be the cause of FSUIPC not showing anymore? This was due to me having some issues earlier today.

    Installer for FSUIPC5.DLL version 5.151

Looking in registry for Prepar3D v4 install path:
         HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4
         Parameter"AppPath"
    Not there, so looking in:
         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4
         Parameter"SetupPath"
    ... NOT found! ...
... NOT found! Asking user to find the .EXE instead ...

    Thanks

  4. Hi,

I'm unable to get WideFS to connect from my Network setup. This is the first time it's ever happened. The below error message is from my client pc, as I've not got showing in the modules folder for the logs.

I have also noticed that when I ran P3Dv4 and I looked in the add on section FSUIPC wasn't showing in the menu option? I'm not sure if the info below is helpful. I've checked my P3D folders and there is nothing showing for me trying to get widefs to work so not sure If you require anything else.

    ********* WideClient Log [version 7.151] Class=FS98MAIN *********

  5. Hi,

I can't locate my serial number to install the above aircraft. I went to onto the Contact Us bit but am unable to fill in serial number as can't remember it if I purchased from you or not.

Is there anyway you can find out or point me into right direction of who to contact?

    Thanks

  6. Hi Guys,

I run both FS9 and FSX but there both on different computers even though I'm having issues with FSX.

Would you need a seperate version for both FS2004 & FSX? I have heard that you some things for FSX need a registered version (ie Autosave function , using EFB).

I am so puzzled also with a registered version you can run another programme on a different computer if your FSUIPC is registered and that you need something called WideFS? If somebody could explain which one to purchase.

It's like If I want to run my UVAAcars programme on my FS9 computer while flying on FSX this can be done with the FSUIPC being registered and also this helps with using your Pro flight yoke and throttle as this is playing up.

I would be very grateful for all help and suggestions. I know I may have gone off subject a little with my question but hope it's understandable

    Regards

    Jason
