  1. Hi:

We apologize for the time being away from the forum, we are moving out of our hometown, and as you know , it takes a little while to get everything up and running at 100%. We've been trying to attend the support email as best as we can. Now we're totally operational so we don't expect further delays.

However this case as many others here, we have tracked via email.

    Best regards.

  2. Hi:

It seems that your windows registry was altered with the uninstall. You can go to the FAQ's section in our website and see the windows registry related articles.

The Flight 1 utility is very useful however, you will need more than just this. In this case is very probably that you will need to reestablish the path of the FS9.

I will send you a PM with more detailed instructions.

  3. Hi:

We would like to apologize for the delays on the upgrade. Now we are working on what will be called the SP3.

We have detected some issues that now are being solved. However we would like the opinion of the tasks on what we should work.

What we need is, something like a pool, what i mean is: We can't implement something that not many users would like to see.

I.E. (Hypothetical) Someone request to us to quit the Mechanic of the Ground Crew, but many other people likes this feature. So, even that we would like please to each one of our customers, but in this case, we can not make to many different models for each of our customers and obviously we would not eliminate or change something that the majority of our customers like's. What we ask you is, post your opinions, suggestions and everything that you would like to be improved on the next Service Pack. We will make balance and the most requested petitions will be implemented on the SP3.

The tasks that now are planned are:

    -Fully compatiblity with FS-X SP2.

As we've post in the forum, the aircraft will be totally migrated to FS-X technology to take advantage and use all the features of this sim (Just as Md-10 did).

The jetway problem is included on this too.

    -Weight and Balance

This week or next, we will release a new Aircraft.cfg and Air file, which contains a totally new weight and balance, eliminating with this the problem of the heavy nose, however this will not eliminate the use of the Elevator Trim in order to keep the pitch attitude in all phases of the flight (like the real does).

-Refine on the GPWS Call outs.

-Dual Texture on the horizontal stabilizer

    Up and Down texture.

-Acumulative service pack on the next SP3

With this you should need only the SP3 in order to get V1.3, SP1 and SP2 will be included on the SP3.

Please let us know your opinions and request for this new Service Pack. We will actualize this list of tasks to do. During the next two weeks.

    ******************************************************ACTUALIZED 09/05/2008******************************************************

The new cargo and Balance Air File has been released.

    -Tasks Added to the SP3

    -Windows Reflections will be down.

    -VC Yokes will be resized

    -GE Engines fixed.

-HSI Will be maximized as posible.

-Landing Gear....This is fixed with the new airfile

-Engine Start Switches. Light on start.

    -Smoke-Belts Sign on the VC.

    About the Comments:

The WX radar as FMC will not be implemented or upgraded on this SP3.

The TCAS Is not promised, however we will see what we can do about it. Maybe as an additional Module and of course as a courtesy.

The VSI, IAS and Altitude Knobs on the VC, we will try to improve and make it work as they do on the 2D panel, however all operates with the mouse wheel or with mouse dragging.

However by now, to reduce the speed on the VC, it is needed to click in the IAS/MACH window in order to reduce those values.

    Best Regards

  4. Hi:

This forum is intented to be as a suggestions, comments or inter-user forum.

The technical support os provided by email. As it is explained on the installer and the Website.

About your problem, is due take off configuration, what i mean is: the aircraft should not be intented to be lift off with overweight, however The aircraft is probed to be operated at MTOW.

The factors which affect's the take off roll basically is the Weight settings, Weather, Flaps settings and Trim.

You can try this settings at MTOW Trim in 4.5 or 5 ANU, Flaps 15 to 20 and of course setting a properly Fuel settings.

    Cheers

  5. Hi:

When the installer says installation successful is because it found's the necessary condition to install the MD-11 and this message is totally normal. But, in some cases if the path of the FS does not match with the registry path, the Md-11 is installed somewhere on the Hard Disk. Please, check your fs if the model appears if does not, please check your windows registry to see if it match with the fs path. In this case please write us to support mail and there we will give the proper orientation or if the case solution.
