Can’t uninstall FSUIPC MSFS 2024

It doesn’t run automatically any longer when I try to uninstall it the exe just hangs and says Updating EXE.XML for MSFS2024 MS Store install. -
I’m unable to uninstall fsuipc MSFS 2024 I’m getting this endless list of updating the exe and it’s causing some addons such as honeycomb bravo afc bridge to not work correctly unable to share picture as it’s larger than 20kbs

I have tried and i do not understand why it still is not autostarting it was before version .19

I Have tried multiple reinstalls even reinstalling msfs but fsuipc is not starting automatically when i launch msfs any suggestions ?

FSUIPC v7.3.19 is not starting with msfs launch nor is it starting with the exe when manually done
