Trying to use Wing Lights with key assignment - PMDG 737

Hey Pete, I'm trying to get a key assignment set for wing lights on the PMDG737 in MSFS. I am having trouble assigning it as a toggle. It's only turning on the wing light as I hold the key command. As soon as I let go, the light turns off again. Here is a video of my screen for you to check out. The video is unlisted but available for anyone with the link. PMDG737 Wing Light toggle Thanks
