  1. Sorry Pete that I ask you all these questions but sorry to say you have a special irritating way in giving answers to the people in this forum. I have been working with computers well before MSX and made many programs with BASIC (beginners all symbolic instruction code). So do not tell me if I know how to cut and paste. I just want to have a clean file without cutting and pasting and I acpect a normal answer from the maker of FSUIPC.
  2. I read your answer but I find it a littlebit complicated. Is it not possible to remove my INI file for PMDG-747-400x from your FSUIPC folder on a backup divice and make a complete new INI file for my private plane? In this new file I completely make new joystick calibrations and button settings. When I want to fly with my private plane then I put the corresponding INI file in your folder and if I want to fly the 747 then I put this INI file in your folder. Regards, Nico
  3. Hello Pete, Until now I did not make any settings in FSUIPC for two different planes so it was only a question because I stil have to buy the private plane software. I think in my case it is better to use two INI files because I will never switch over between a private plane to a 747. It keeps the files more easy to read and understanable if I want to change something. But if I understand your answer it is also not a problem to mix them in one INI file. Thank you as always for your fast responce. Regards, Nico
  4. Hello Pete, Your FSUIPC program works absolutely perfect on my computer and I am very pleased with this program. I use it for my PMDG 747-400X software and now I want to buy the Katana DA-20 software wich has ofcourse total different joystick and button settings. It was a lot off work to finetune all the joystick settings for my PFC yoke but with great results. I am affraid that when I use the Aircraft Specific function in your program that things are mixed up between the two planes. Is it not better to make two different INI files instead of using the mentioned function in your program? Thank you again for your answer. Best regards, Nico de Graaff
  5. Thank you Pete for your help. That was also my thought but I wanted to hear how you would solve the problem.
  6. Ok I saw what is wrong. When I go to the options and settings page in FSUIPC and I do a rescan in my axis assignment then I see that my yoke and pedals are switched. Joystick 1 is now joystick 0 and joystick o is now joystick 1. How can I change this on the options and settings page, because now I have right & left brake on my yoke and elevator & aileron on my pedals? Or can it better be changed in the INI file. Thanks for your help.
  7. Last time I did not use any PFC driver for my yoke but only calibrated it via the windows game control panel. It is only a column yoke from PFC. I will get back after checking some things.
  8. Only my throttle works perfect and also the buttons on it. On my PFC yoke the buttons do not work and also my pedals do not work. So i was wondering, how can this be because it is my old FSIUPC INI file with all the commandos. Registration is normal otherwise you do not have the whole benifit of this program.
  9. Last thrursday I had to remove everything from my computer, formatted my drive and put everything back that has to do with FSX. I made a backup off the FSUIPC INI file. When I put FSUIPC back on my computer and copy this INI file in the correct folder are all my joystick settings then ok again or do I have to do something else first.
  10. Can somebody tell me what the controlnumber and discription for Locked Spot View is (C.....) I have the control number list for FS2004 but I can not find it and I do not want to try all the view options before I have the right one.
  11. Hello Pete, I have a problem calibrating the flaps with specific detentes. When I click the Cl button then not all the variables are cleared and therefore I can not set #2 for example. My new input does not change the old setting. Only #0 and the top of #1 is cleared. Also when I move the lever then only IN is changing but not nothing happens to OUT. Is this normal?
  12. Goodmorning Pete, What is the reason that you first have to callibrate it in the Windows' Game Controllers section before you do it in FSUIPC or FS? Is this with all the controllers that I have? (Throttle, Pedals and Yoke) Thanks, Nico
  13. Hello Peter, Do I need special drivers for my just bought Saab Collumn Jetliner yoke on my Vista 64 Bit computer. I tried to callibrate my joystick via your registerd FSUIPC program but sometimes the axes are not there anymore and the digits hold. I tried another USB port but some ports don't recognize my yoke. What's wrong?
  14. Thank you Pete, I will contact them.
  15. The question is clear I think. Can I program my Multi function panel from CH products with a registered FSUIPC version. I do not like the program manager from CH products. To unstable and user unfriendly and I love FSUIPC. Thanks for your help.
