    Sorry have been out of town, yes I downloaded both 86 and 84 without luck. I also copied and pasted the info from Simmarket.

    Good evening, I am also having the same issue. I downloaded the re distributables as instructed and disabled antivirus. Not sure what else to do, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My SimMarket order number is 3580767
