SDK Tool connect to FS2004 script VB Help!!!!

Hello all, you would know if exists script to connect fsuipc to one application created with Visual basic? I would want to create a software but I do not succeed to carry out the connection. I have download the SDK but I do not succeed alone. Thanks to all
