Misty and Tongass for FSX

I've had reasonable success in getting Misty Fjords and Tongass Fjords to work in FSX with a manual install. The main problem with this scenery is that the FSX coastlines still show up and partially exclude some of the MF and TF terrain. This was mostly fixed by disabling files cvx1111.bgl, cvx1211.bgl, cvx1212.bgl, cvx1312.bgl and cvx1313.bgl in the FSX Scenery\0101\Scenery folder. It's not perfect, but is still much better than the default scenery.
