Hi there,
Has anyone ever noticed that in FS2004 and FSX that if you save during a flight and then reload this flight your engines re spool? (Try it and see for yourself, I fly 737)
Now my question is can this re spooling be stopped through any of the settings in fsuipc?
The reason I ask is I want to be able to position the aircraft for instance on the glide scope and practice my approaches. I save my flight as I intercept the glide scope and then when I reload this the engines re spool. This re spooling action buggers up my aircrafts configuration.
I understand in fsuipc I have control over setting Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, Pitch, Bank, Heading, and I have used these offsets to set the aircraft on a specific glide scope, but I'm unsure as to how I get the engines and airspeed the way I want them for my approach (and without the N1 and N2 dropping off and re spooling).
Thanks in advance.
Regards
