  1. I missed a step on the mouse macros. I have now successfully created mouse macros and FSUIPC has written them to the installation folder. However, as with the other macros, FSUIPC will not add these to the [MacroFiles] nor will it load into the FSUIPC menus in the sim. I have tried moving FSUIPC from the add-ons to the old modules folder inside the P3D folder. I get the same behavior. Been using FSUIPC for 21 years. Never seen this.
  2. I also tried to do some mouse macros. I have always just done macros myself, but I thought I would give it a try. I followed the directions to the letter and got the expected windows and selections. But a file never gets written to the installation folder and the macro never shows in the FSUIPC menu. P3Dv5.3.17.28160 FSUIPC6.2.2
  3. The .ini file in summary... There are 11 MU2 macros. Only 3 show in the sim. Index numbers 81-86 no longer populate the pop-up menus. There are 9 690B macros in the FSUIPC folder. Only 7 show in the sim. Index numbers 120-121 no longer populate the pop-up menus. There are many more examples. I have checked the mcro files for duplicates and found none.
  4. John, The macro files are NOT being updated. The entire [MacroFiles] section has been reconstituted. I have gone through my aircraft and updated the index numbers. It was working famously. Then I added 4 .mcro files to the folder and now FSUIPC only displays 3 of them in the simulator. Further, many of the macro files that were showing before I added the 4 are now not showing and are not available to the sim objects. I am attaching the .ini file. There are 128 macros in the .ini file. The simulator shows about half that number. Very frustrating. Never had this problem before. Bill FSUIPC6.ini
  5. John, It seems the .ini file did not update itself when I added some new macros. When I tried to edit it myself I lost most everything. Not sure what protocol or method FSUIPC uses to update an existing list. I deleted the [Macro Files] portion of the .ini and had FSUIPC rebuild it on startup. It all began working again. It's a little picky about macro names, but I can work through that. I consider this resolved at this time. I'll let you know if I have any more issues. Thanks for the reply. Bill
  6. FSUIPC6 shows only a fraction of my mcro files, therefore I cannot assign a switch or a button to a custom L var. Some of the mcro files still show in the assignments, but not the new ones and many of the old ones. I have been doing this for many years and I am perplexed. I even posted a tutorial about making mcro files on AVSIM. But it no longer seems to work. I have included some mcros that will not show in the assignment window. The 690B mcros will not show at all. The AC500 mcro still works but does not show in the assignment window, 690B_EXT_PWR.mcro 690B_INVERTER.mcro 690B_L _START_STOP.mcro AC500S_LAND_L.mcro
