I just installed two of the Saitek Pro throttle quadrants in my 737 NG flightdeck. I use the left lever for spoiler control and the right lever for flapcontrol. The two remaining levers on each quadrant are mechanically coupled to each other and used as throttel 1 and 2 control. I completely disabled joystick control in FS2004 and solely use FSUIPC to assign axis and calibrate them, this all works perfectly. I used the FSUIPC user manual to accomplish all this. Still there remains one issue which I cannot solve: These saitek throttles have a detent position at idle and switches to e.g. activate the thrustreversers when the throttle is pushed through the idle detent position. When I calibrate these throttles I just want the MAX position to be the max of the throttles and the MIN position to be the idle detent of the throttles. But what to do with the thrust reversers as the readout in the calibrtion window will be the same as the idle detent readout hence reverse is selected as soon as the throttle handles are placed in the idle detent position. I want the thrust reverser to be activated through the switches which are activated when I pull the throttles through the idle detent (by means of the F2 button assignment). Anybody any idea on how to do this? Best regards, Theo
