  1. I appreciate the time limited version of FSC. It is a fair way to let someone test the program, however, there is one little problem with it. I run and exit the program but a half hour later when I'm doing something else I get a pop up saying I've exceeded the time limit. I can see this if I am running the program at the time but I've terminated it much earlier. Might I suggest a programmer have a look at this bug as it should not continue to time after the program has been terminated.

    Thanks

  2. I'm trying out version 8.5 but it is not working properly. I just installed it and there were no warnings at all of any install problem. I then ran the database manager and it went through a lot of files. It also ran with no errors noted until I clicked the exit button after it was done. I was then presented with a runtime error 75 Path/File Access Error message. Not knowing what this was about since it said it found the FSX folders OK I went and started FSC. I then got two error messages on the start up splash screen. One about no SID or STARs files missing and the other about weather station file corrupt or missing. Then after clicking the OK buttons on the error messages the program opens after I select an airport. The map shown had airports drawn but nothing else even though all the navaids were selected to be shown.

I believe I got a good download as I tested the file from the unarc program and it showed no errors. So, what's up? What Path/File Access could it be looking for? How is this connected with no navaids showing up on the map? How do I fix this?

    Thanks for the help.

    Terry
