No Major Airports

I have just installed FSC v8.4.2. I have run the manager with all 3 scenery.cfg files I have on my computer in the FSX root directory. However, I am not able to call up any major airports in FSC. I am wondering if there is a compatibility problem with the airport bgl files altered by Just Flight Traffic X. I uninstalled Traffic X, but I believe it left all of its alterations in FSX and FS9. Therefore I am not able to call up any major airports in either program.
Also, will FSC read airports edited by AFX? I have modified several airports with AFX, and none of them show up, but I believe they were previously changed by Traffic X.
