FSC7 Database Manager Initiation

Hi there: I recently installed the software for Flight Commander 7. When I attempted to run the Database Manager program I received the following error message: "Run-time error '52': Bad file name or number". I removed and re-installed the FSC 7 program and got the same error message when I attempted to run the Database Manager program. Operating system: Windows XP Media Center Edition, Service Pack 2. Processor: Pentium 4CPU 3.00GHz. Ram 1 GB. Anxious to use the FSC 7 program but need to run the Database Manager in order to do so. All help appreciated
