[Cannot Connect FSC to FS2004 error #14]

FSUIPC running and registered, Widefs running, says connected and registered, FS2004 running says with Widefs and 1 client connected. I disabled firewall on both PC's and still can not connect to FS error #14. Widefs says it is connected on the 2nd PC and FS2004 says Widefs is connected with 1 client. However when I try to connect FSC to FS I get the error. I mounted and mapped the FS9 directory and the Documents folder with Flight Simulater Files folder in it. Are there any other Folders I need to share? Set permissions on the folders to Read and Write too.

When I click on window the checkmark and GPS are greyed out. Also when I try to connect to FS2004 I get could not connect error #14. I am running FS2004 on one machine running XP and FSC on another networked machine setup according to the Appendix in the Help section. I have the latest FSUIPC for FS2004 3.85 I believe and the latest Widefs 6.78 I believe. Can I use FSUIPC 4.4 is it for FSX even though I run FS2004?
