I find no FSuipc log I wiil reinstal fs9 and FSuipc I will forum you

Dear flight simmers, can someone please help me with following problem? in FS9 i see the fsuipc in the modules without error but when I ustalled IVAP nor Squawkbox FS Inn. and startup FS I got this message FSUIPC failed to load.I received as reason:check if you have FSUICP installed. In other words,FSUICP is not recognised by IVAP nor Squawkbox FS Inn.I already tried to reinstall FSUICP,but .... no go! I encountered these problem for FS9 ans also for FSX. Does someone has a possible reason for this problem or do I have to reinstall XP?
