Hi Pete I've reported problems with knobs and switches too, I've currently deleted fsuipc just until it's sorted.
Just wondering what's changed in the 4.938a version?

Okay so I've just grabbed the new installer (4.938) and tried to install it on a clean FSX-SE install.
When I enter FSX, FSUIPC appears in the Addons Menu. However when I try to fly, I'm very limited on what I can click in both Virtual and 2D Cockpits. I cannot turn on the autopilot by clicking the buttons for example.
This problem is definitely FSUIPC, as it was working fine before installation and is now not working.
Can anybody help please?
Edit: I've just deleted the FSUIPC module stuff and the bit of code inside the DLL.XML and everything has reverted back to normal & works fine.

Firstly my original post is here: http://forums.simflight.com/viewtopic.php?f=155&t=76282
And Jean-Jacques here's the details you linked me too.
1. FS Version: FSX
2. FSUIPC4
3. FS Commander and Database Manager version used: Not sure because I cant install it... The setup says FSCSetup and I have the FSC82 upgrade.
4. Aerosoft version
5. OS: Vista 32

Well a problem began a while ago when I installed something which I downloaded to help me with my school project. Whenever I ran FSC it used to pop up with the normal blue screen and map, then the program installation guide would pop up.
Anyway I had a problem with FSX, so I uninstalled everything that has something to do with FSX. I've reinstalled everything as normal. However FSC won't install. I get this error:
I think it may be a program clash, but I have no idea how to fix it. I've also deleted the program stuff which I needed for school. Also if anybody could tell me why FSX crashes when I try to start a mission (even after reinstallation), I'd appreciate it!
Thanks.
