im sorry.. i dont know what to put in nor do i know where to put it.. is it the CYCLE_INFO.TXT..thing..do i put in the database folder or where...sori to be a bother..best rgds ken

i just found it and it definitely says airac 1006...why wouldnt it be on the opening screen saying 1006 instead of airac 711..rgds ken

hi..im a newbie love fsc..but i just upgraded to version 8.6 and when i start it up i get airac version 711, not version 1006..i downloaded airac 1006 but fsc still says airac 711..any help would be appreciated...windows vista home pemium 64 bit, both fsx and fs9 ..ive re done the database but no luck..rgds ken

thanks eric...but it is in german..i translated by google but when it came to actually install it the instructions were in german..looks like a great program..i am just giving up..ive been at this thing for 3 days..i got fsx to work but not fs2004..i think it is a problem between fsuip and fs2004.. really appreciate all your help..very best rgds ken

hi ..i just contacted pete dowson and he suggested i go to fsc support. why does this work in fsx and fs2004..shouldnt it work in both?? rgds ken

hi...fsc support thought this might be an fsuipc problem...i do run fsc in ..run as administrator...also fs2004 and fsx in ..run as administrator..fsc is a flight planner program so when you fly you are able to see a moving map..i can get in fsx but not fs2004...thanks for your advice i will contact fsc support once more..best rgds ken hanson

hi..appreciate your reply..the bottom line is there is nothing from fs commander to follow in fs 2004, whereas there is the whole moving map and the gps window in fsx..i mean when i go to fsx then setup fs commander to do a flt (tutorial for fsc that comes with download)..i have the moving map and the gps window...when i start fs2004 and setup the flt then minimize fs 2004 i then setup fs commander and when i go back to fs2004 and there is nothing from fsc there ..there is no moving map no gps etc..i hope this explains it...i have nothing from fsc when i open fs2004 but i have the full fsc part when i do fsx..rgds ken

sorry...like i said i am a newbie..i am running windows vista home premium 64 bit..i am trying to hook up fs commander with a pmdg 747-400 queen of the skies..when i open fs2004 i load the 747 and a flt plan eddk eddh, i do the tutorial i follow the tutorial to the letter then when i go to hook up to fsuipc there is nothing in the cockpit screen of fs2004..i hope i have explained this well enough.rgds ken

hi.. im a newbie and i cannot connect fsuipc 3.90 to fs 2004..i can however connect with fsx...i dont fully understand how fsuipc works so i might be doing something wrong with fs2004..it is very frustrating...any help would be greatly appreciated..rgds ken hanson yyc

hi..i got fsx running and i have flt sim commander running on it..but still no go on fs2004..i have fsuipc 3.9 on fs2004..why does it run on fsx but not fs2004...appreciate any help rgds ken

hello eric...thanks for helping me out..i tried the tutorial eddh to eddk and when i went to put hte gps box into fs2004 it was not there. i started fs2004 put in pmdg747 previously and put in flight plan eedk eddh...my version of fsuipc for fs2004 is version 3.9 and for fsx is version 4.00...when i tried to redownload the fsuipc that i have i got an error..your fsx installation is not suitable for this version of fsuipc you may need to install an update from m icrosoft. no changes have been made by this program.....ps..i started fs2004 first minimized it and started fsc and filled in all the info....best rgds ken

hi..i am a nembie..i have been trying to find how to do this all day long..i downloaded ..fs commander version 8.5 about 5 hours ago and i cannot log into fs9 or fsx...i start fs9 or fsx as adminhistrator and it does not connect to fsx or fs9..i have vista home premium...4 bit..my fsuipc for fs9 is 3.90 and for fsx is 4.0..any help would be really appreciated..thansk in advance....rgds ken hanson
