You got me figured out Pete. I checked everything out, and I gave my name with my middle initial inserted. I removed my middle initial and it went right through. I've heard alot about your program, and am looking forward to learning how to use it. Thanks for the reply! Pat

I got the fsuip4 program from simconnect, and installed it, but I am unable to get it to register. When I enter the key, it tells it is not valid. Have double and triple checked my entry and it is what was assigned to me. The program appears to be installed, but unregistered. I checked with my bank, and the funds for the program have been deducted. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!! Thanks, Pat
