Pete,
My apologies for not providing more detailed information yesterday.
I created a new profile and calibrated from scratch the specific aircraft that was having the throttle issue. It seemed to have cleared up the problem. I think this was just a classic case of OE (operator error) by not checking off the profile specific checkbox and recalibrating correctly ... plus my lack of having a better understaning yet of this truly great program. Must read User Guide more than once! :-)
Thanks!

I'm a registered FSUIPC user using the latest version.
I think I may have messed something up. Seems like it takes 10 or 15 seconds if not more for the engine or engines to respond after the throttle is moved. This is happening to most of my FSX aircraft. Is this normal? I've tried a variety of slope settings and it doesn't seem to make much difference. I've tried calibrated and direct methods, still no change. I've only flown real world once in a 152. I could be mistaken, but I think there was little to no lag time upon throttle movement and engine response.

I am using a registered version of 4.90
I have my CH Products Flight Sim yoke and Pro pedals plugged into USB ports in the back of my PC. At the same time, I have my CH Products Fighterstick and Pro Throttle plugged into USB ports in the front. With this setup, I can easily switch from yoke to stick depending on which aircraft I choose to fly.
My question is ... is having multiple controllers (yoke and stick) active not advisable? I sometimes experience erratic control issues with some aircraft. I have also found that unplugging control devices and re-plugging them into different USB ports causes control problems as well. I have read something about this in the user manual but I am not sure I am interpreting it correctly.
I have no idea if my lack of knowledge yet of FSUIPC or poor practices on my part may be contributing to this. Any advice is appreciated.
Also noticed that version 4.927a is out. Would it be advisable to update to the latest release? This is not a full new release requiring a paid registration, correct?
Thank you!
