Changed 83 to 85. Now spec is:-

FSX SP2

FSUIPC4 4.53 Wide FS7

FSC version 8.5 build200409 Database Manager vers8.5 230309

Aerosoft No

Operating systems FSX machine vista 64 Home Premium. Laptop FSC85 Vista 32 Home Premium.

The machines are networked and Database Manager says its compiling a database. FSUIPC WideFS and FSC are all registered copies

Wide Client Exe and Wide Client.ini are resident within C:\Program Files\FSC. Wide Client Shortcut on desktop

User Account Control is off on the laptop. Wide FS is switched on on FSUIPC.

I now get the error message: Unable to connect to Flight Simulator Msg #14 Please could you tell me what the message 14 means. posting.php?mode=reply&f=155&t=77689#

Hi all,

I have a bit of a problem.

I am attempting to run FSC83 on my laptop networking with my FSX PC. Both server and client run Vista. I have FSUIPC4 and wide FS installed and have networked the machines.

FSCDbmanager83 has run and collected airports etc. FSX is run on the server and FSC83 running on the client. When I click on 'GPS\Connect to FS' I

receive an error message 'Unable to connect to Flight Simulator MSG #2'. What does Msg #2 mean. Is there a list somewhere?
