fscommander load only few city

Hello
my problem fscommander load only few city an few airports,i running dbmanager first bat fsc not load exemple in italy i have only rome ( LIRF ) and the others?
I play with fsx and also fs9 .
before september 2009 fscommander has worked very well.
after a new installation fsc work bad. i tried severl installation no good result.
help me ,like suggest
my configuration
intel 6600,win xp sp3,ge forge 9500gt,fsc acceleration pack,fs9.
fsc 8.5,
