FSX PSS A/P AND FSUIPC4 (UNREG)?

PSS 3XXs ELEVATOR IS TAKEN OVER BY SOME MYSTERY FORCE WHEN NOT ON ON A/P AND OSCILLATES VIOLENTLY UP AND DOWN AIMLESSLY. IT IS OK WHEN THE FSUIPC4 MODULE IS PREVENTED FROM LOADING. ANY IDEA WHY? THE ELEV DISC INSTR IN THE INI FILE DOES NOTHING TKS
