Hello,
Appearently not everything is saved during Autosave 1.501 (FS9).
Various things are lost such as;
- Fuel system setting.
- Autopilot settings (INS og HDG is off, and sometimes the INS status is lost).
- Air conditioning is off
- Deice settings if off
In general, the more complex the aircraft, the more is lost during saving.Depending on the aircraft, it may more or less difficult to restore stability - some cannot.
This is not unique to Autosave 1.501, MSFS saves little as well. But is there a way to ensure everything is saved?
BR,
Anders

Thank you Pete,
for the answer and explanation.
I have now returned the panning to FS.

Hi,
After I disabled my joystick in FS9, and programmed it in FSUIPC 3.98, the viewing is no longer as smooth as when it was in FS. I use the "Pan View" 0, 45, 90, 135 etc. functions for the eight positions of the switch. Now it appears more jerky than before.
Is there a way in FSUIPC to smoothen out the movements?
I have clicked the "Repeat.." box for each position.
Best Regards,
Anders

Hello Pete,
Thank you very much for the thorough explanation.
Yes, there appears to be a time factor involved, especially when FS is busy during startup and/or when loading weather.
And the good news is, that "Fix Control Acceleration" feature in FSUIPC seems to solve it.
Thank you again,
Anders

Hello Pete,
I have now uninstalled FSUIPC, by deleting FSUIPC.dll. Problem still is there.
Strange!

Hello Pete,
It is FS9, and my version of FSUIPC.dll is 3.98a. And my OS is Windows 7/64.
I assume that the FSUIPC log file is it the file with these contents?;

Hello,
I have just registered FSUIPC, after a couple of months using the unregistered version.
However, on my multi engine aircraft, I can no longer use the keyboard inputs E+1, E+2, E+3 and E+4 to activate each engine (during start up) as i could before.
Pressing just E, will activate Engine no. 1. And I cannot bring back all engines to the single throttle lever action on my joystick by pressing E+1+2+3+4.
How can I get this function back?
I use a joystick with a single throttle lever to manage all engines.
Best Regards,
Anders

Thank you for the answer.
So the bottomline is, that it is up to the programmer of the particular plane to program how much is saved in addition to default MSFS saving procedure?
And that the user not can do much here?
Best regards,
Anders
