  1. Thanks for the heads up Ian, I'll check that out. My system is Windows 7 Ultimate 84bit, Windows IE mark 10. Its never had this problem with any other sites. But....... I did post with photos using the image in XML code text linking them to another site. I wonder if I set off a safeties system that keeps people from doing things like posting code? :S

  2. These are some Tips and Tricks of the new Fairchild Series. TIPS AND TRICKS

To bring up ATC, click on the antique microphone hanging under the dash.

To bring up the windows, click on the fine top edge of the glass or the glass surround

opening (thin black line) inside the door opening.

If you lower the window on the right side and click on the wing struts, (in the float plane)

you will have a nicely done, laminated wood, classic adventurers canoe appear, loaded

up and strapped down to the right side float struts.

If you want to do some bush flying in the landing gear version, you can quickly remove

the classic landing gear fairings by clicking on the far right toggle switch on the bottom

center switch panel in the VC on the center bottom of the instrument panel. Blip it once

for Bush landing gear, blip it again to bring back the fairings version. Careful with the

tail wheel on rough landings. You can damage it easily.

  3. Sorry gang. My computer lost its ability to use the 'Enter' key in this forum. I don't know why.

We have Launched the Fairchild Series! Thought you might like to know.

You can learn more at www.lionheartcreations.com/Fairchild_24

Sales accounts for the Fairchild are now active at SimMarket.com , JustFlight.com , PayLoadz.com , and shortly will be available at PCAviator.com and in Australia at the FlightSimStore.com

Hope you enjoy the new planes! Please read through the manuals. Manuals are located in the plane with Shift - 6 command and Checklists are in Shift - 7 command. Happy Flying!

Edit by Ian P: I'm not sure why you can't use enter, that's very odd and you're the second person to have reported it in the last month or so... We'll look into it. I've put some in for you - sorry if they're in the wrong places!

  4. Glad LHC has it's own forum. The Fairchild 24 is looking absolutely fantastic. Definitely one I will purchase as soon as it is released.

Thanks for all the great designs. I tend to fly your Tailwind and Pacer, as much or more than other models. Funny thing is the longer I've had them the more I like them.

    Thanks binarkansas,

I love the Tailwind as well. Great little plane. It would be fun to own or at least get a chance to fly in one. Amazing little planes. They are basically air racers.

  5. I'm looking forwards to this one as well. I have to admit to being a fan of the slightly more "beaten up" looking ones - C-FARA looks superb to me, although I'll probably end up flying the military one more, just because of the silly things I tend to end up doing in MSFS. ;)

By the way Bill, welcome to the forums!

    Ian P.

    Hey Ian,

    Many thanks.

Roger that on the WWII stuff. Some cool things one can do.

If only a CFS4 had come about. :(

  6. For those of you that do not know, we have been working on a new aircraft package, the Fairchild 24 Series, which will include both the inline straight 6 Ranger model (long nose) and the Fairchild 24W 'Warner' edition that uses the Super Scarab radial engine.

There will be at least 2 versions of 'rough and tough' bush models that have dirt and mud issues as well as worn paint. For those that like their planes in pristine condition, there will be some with super clean paint schemes, super restorations with some nice wood veneer panel work, leather upholstery, etc.

We are testing them now and hope to release them soon.

Here are a few pictures for now to keep you 'in the loop' on what we are doing.

  7. Welcome everyone!

This will be a forum room for all who have questions about LHC aircraft packages or just want to chat and share about LHC birds and technologies.

Here you will get inside information on future projects as well as information on getting things working that might be malfunctioning on your computers.

** NOTE: If you want to help out, please feel free to ask. The one thing I ask though as moderator of this room, is that you be nice. You will get respect that way. People that are mean or harsh will be ignored. (Be nice to me, I'm old... )

  9. Hello,

I purchased the FSUIPC license yesterday at SimMarket. The installer kept asking for my name and the code. I would put it in, and then that was it. It never seemed to install things. I ran it several times to no avail. I am fairly certain it installed into FSX fine, but with a new plane I purchased which requires FSUIPC, (Rob's VTOL files for the Vertavia MV-22 Osprey), the aircraft is not functioning at all, while in FSX it functions fine.

When I say the installer is perhaps not functioning correctly, when I run it, none of the windows except for the code requirement window show. Nothing says successfully loaded, no 'would you like to fix the registry for FS?', none of that.

Should I redownload the installer? This is the latest version FSUIPC.

    Kind regards,

    Bill
