Hi.

 

SetUp

1 - P3D v3
2 - FSPUIC V4
3 - Not on an Internal Netword
4 -  FSC Ver 9.6 Rev 7 Build 20 May 2016
5 - No Airac
6 - Bought on SimMarket in 2011 Order No 791874
7 - Windows 10 / 64
8 - 3 Monitors.

P3D is installed in C:\Prepar3D v3 
and FSC is installed in C:\FSC96

I recently bought FSDreamTeam CYVR Scenery and installed it via their own installer. So I am not sure exactly where it resides. 
I did use the FSCDbManger after the Install to sync everything with FSC

It seems that the AFCAD data was not picked up by the FSCDBM. When I park the a/c at a specific gate FSC shows the a/c way off. Specificly at gate 52. I have gates in FSDT CYVR that don't even show ujp in FSC. FSDT has a very tight install system and their addons are manged whithn P3D. 

Can you provide any comments.

Hi Volker.

I did intentionally installed P3D in the P3D directory instead of the default place. After reading on the internet that it was better to not install it at the default location, because it was causing a lot of problem. I am sure you have seen these comments published in all sort of forums on the net. 

Are you suggesting that I would have to Uninstalle everything and re-install at default location?

PS:

I noticed that the Scenerey Library Path on the right pan on your picture is not pointing at the same place that 
my picture was pointing to. I checked if c:\ProgramData\LockheedMartin\P3D v3 existed on my setup and it does. 

So I pointed the pane on the right to that location with FSCDBManager and it worked!!!.

So I guess the problem is solved.

I can not find the proper directory to enable the "Update Airports from Prepar3D"  Button.

Please advise.

[Getting Error Installing FSUIPC4]

Hi.

I Recently Reinstalled P3D v3 on new computer. And I am now in the process of re-installing all the software I had. IE: Utilities, Airports, Aircrafts etc. 

I bought FSUIPC4 on SimMarket in 2013. So I redownloaded FSUIPC4 from my Order page at SimMarket. 

When I am running (as administrator) the Install FSUJIPC4.exe I am getting the following error.

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or fil. You may not have the appropriate permissions to acces the item."

I tried to move the Install file to the desktop with same result.

Any suggestions. Thanks.

I have FlyTampa Montréal and Toronto (CYUL CYYZ) Airports.

My aircafts don't show exactly where they should be.

I am with latest version of FSC

I am having problems reading information on maps specificly when I put my cursor over a VOR and leave it there a blue box appears and the information is very difficult to read, the font is very small.

Is there a way to increase the size of the fonts, whitout going througt the dispaly settings, because if I enlarge it there all the other apps are enlarged and the problem is on the other apps having to big screen real Estate.

I have updated to Windows 10 and in the process I scrapted FSX and all of my PMDG aircrafts.

I have lost some other Items to including FSC.

Can I download a version I have a paid copy and I am registered.

[AFCAD Airport Layout. (solved)]

Hi All

This might have been asked before but I did make a search here whitout a specific answer.

 

I have recently downloaded the Free CYWG Airport scenery.

I see that the airport layout in FSC is no longer valid when I zoom to airport level.

I assume that FSC is not responsible for this.

My question is, is there a way for me to add to FSC my new Airport layout with latest AFCAD, I believe they are in the .BGL files?.

 

So here we go Volk, probably an easy one for you. ;)

3. FS Commander and Database Manager Version 9.5 Build 4 January 2014. Navigraph AIRAC Cycle 1501 Installed with Navigraph FMS Data Manager
5. Aerosoft  download version
6. Operating System (Windows 7/64)

 

I was not having this problem yesterday, but today I downloaded the Navigraph Airac 1501 and installed it using Navigraph FMS Data Manager installed it to all my add ons including FSC.

Now the flight plan section is acting up.

I can't access the New Flight Plan

When I click on Show Flight Plan Icon it gives me Rune-time error 9: Subscript out of range error and when I click the OK Button to acknowledge it crashes.

If I try to open an already made Flight Plan it opens it but the system cursor keeps on spinning while I hover the FSC application and if I clcik on anybutton while the cursor is still spinning I get the message that FSC (Not Responding)

Maybe I could go back to the previous version of the Database I think Navigraph Data Manager did do a Back Up and offers the opportunity to get it back.

Anyone else had this problem?

Any Suggestions?

I have been emailing you for a couple of days about my problems with my registrations.

I have figure out after reading a old post here when I asked you a similare question.

After looking all over I found where I bought it it was at SimMarket Invoice no 655874

It was for version 8 but I have upgraded later to V 9.xx Do yu still need the SUPPORT folder?

[Can't add Approach.]

Hi All.

 

For some reason I can't add an approach to one of my aircraft B777-200

I have added all the others Start-up Taxi Takeoff climb and Cruise but when I get to the Approach-Landing section I can only add the descent when I click on Approach I get an empty page and an invitation to Add Approach (Green button at bottom of screen) When I click on it I get the 777-200 /Descent-Approcah-Landing/ Approach Checklist, I the type some list Item. Click the Apply Changes button and then answer yes to  the Confirmation window. But nothing gets inserted in the list and I am back to the empty list with the Green Button at bottom to Add Approach.

 

Any Suggestions?

Hi All

I have just installed Airac 1110 for FSC

And it seems that the data is not up to date for FSC 9.1

For example in CYUL I am getting SID's that don't even exist and only for 3 runways.

Are the SID's NOT included in the Navigraph Database ?

I noticed that in the FSC folder there is a SID File.

I have already ask the question on Navigraph Forum.

Any Suggestions.

I did referenced the proper position of GE.

As seen below. And I noticed the by clicking the Close button the TipTool says Save and Close so I assume that by clicking it, it would save it.

When I do get back to that Online Option page and click the GoogleEart Radio Button it gets back to the proper location.

Any other thing I should verify.

and... you are also sure that you have install the FSC as administrator?

Thanks for your answer Volker.

I have read the above mentionned file.

But, as I said, everything was working ok before the installation of the latest fsuipc file.

So this means that it was installed properly in the proper directory and with all administrator ritgths.

It was WORKING OK. The only thing I changed was to upadate the fsuipc in the modules directory of the fs9 directory.

Now, I tried downloading the new FSC9, and when I try to install the database, it finds the FS9 database ok and runs to then end. But when I exit the database application it gives me an 'path error no 75' error. So I can't use the unregistered new version either.

So, it seems I am stuck with a useless piece of software.

Any other suggestions.

Aerosoft ???

Vista 64 with latest patch.

I use to have an older version of fsuipc and everything was working ok.

Then some of my airracts necessitating an new fsuipc so I donwloaded 3.96 and it solved my problems with my aircrafts but now

FSC cannont connect.

Any suggestions.
