Question About Commercial Use

Dear Pete: I'm working in a flight training school. We want to use FSX or FS2004 to do some basic training for general aviation. We can buy genuine software, but we do not know how to use FSX or FS2004 as a Commercial way? Hope you can offer us some informations! thank you! somethingfly 2012.4.20
