  1. Hi John, Great news today... The driver for the Goflight RP48 (GFdev.dll) was NOT installed with FSUIPC 4. When I put the GFdev.dll file in FSUIPC Module, I finally get my RP 48 working. The RP48 is now detected by FSUIPC4 and I am able to assign functions to the rotary switches and buttons like I was used to before changing my PC. Thank you for your inputs! Best regards, Jean-louis
  2. Hello! I am a FSX user, running win 11. I used the Goflight RP 48 hardware on my previous computer running win 8. It was running well. On my new PC (win 11), the Goflight RP 48 is detected using the Goflight config module but the hardware is not functioning with FSX! I downloaded the driver GFdev.dll (dated 2013) from the FSUIPC.com Website. After that it worked but after shutting down FSX I got the message that a "compatibility change was made". Do you want to save the changes? Yes/No? After saying yes, the RP 48 was still detected in the PC control panel but not working. After reinstalling the driver from FSUIPC and saying "No" to the compatibilty message I am unable to get my RP48 back to work!! Requesting ideas and input. Thank you very much.
  3. Thank you pete, DME 1/2 works on the radio panel, it does not on the instrument panel with the small selector. Too bad, I was looking forward to using the "instrument panel" instead of the radio panel since I already have a radio panel hardware! In order to have a chance to operate the volmeter selector on the cessna caravan 208 instrument panel using a rotary switch from a home made hardware, do I need to downlaod a specific software or is FSUIPC capable to program my hardware to operate this selector? Thank you , keeping you busy.
  4. Thank you for your prompt reply. I will try to be as clear as possible. I am using the cessna 208 caravan airplane in FSX. On the instrument panel of the caravan airplane, you have a small selector called DME NAV 1/2 SELECTOR. I am trying to operate this selector using a toggle switch from my hardware instead of the mouse. When I assign "DME toggle1" or "DME toggle 2" to a toggle switch of my hardware, I don't see the little DME selector moving from DME1 to DME 2 position. To answer to last question, The assignment process is working perfectly using either FSUIPC or the FSX assignment feature. So far all the assignment I made using FSUIPC are successful, but I don't see the selector moving! Also, Reagarding the caravan instrument panel, there is a selector Called "Voltmeter/Ammeter" on the left side of the panel. You have four positions available, GEN, ALT, BATTERY and BUS. This selector is not listed in FSX assignment page, and I have not seen it in the FSUIPC list neither. The selector can be operated using the mouse though. How I can create an assignment to a hardware that will operate the selector without using the mouse? Thank again for your time.
  5. Hi Peter I have succesfully downloaded and installed FSUIPC 4.7, and it's working perfectly! I don't know if it's a FSX or FSUIPC issue, but I cannot assign DME 1 OR 2 function to any button available using either buttons from CH products yoke or throttle quadrant or a home made panel with switches. I never see the toggle switch DME 1 or 2 flipping when moving a button assigneed with this function. Should I use program magenta settings? If so what offset and parameter should I use? Thank you for your time.
  6. Hi Pete, I have purchased FSUIPC4 using simmarket on 03/30/2011. The payment went through using my credit card.($34.21 OR 24EUROS). I logged into my simmarket account to download FSUIPC. The password I used to log on was incorrect.. The password used was the one I used during the purchase process using this email (jlfournier@sbcglobal.net) I request a new password, but never receiced a new one.Tried two times! So, now I have created a new account using an other email: jean-louis@flyinsandiego.com This account is activated, but of course the FSUIPC download is not available, SO, How I can get my FSUIPC download available with this new email? Thank you for your time. Best regards
