[Cannot connect to FS9]

HI Folks.

I have just re-installed FSC and now when I click on the GPS tag and then click Connect to FS9. I get a message that reads - 'Unable to connect to Simulator Msg# (no process response)'.

Can someone please tell me how I can remedy this. I have Win7.

Hi again Volker. Your suggestion worked fine thanks, but I still have the same problem when trying to open the FSC Prepare3D.

I don 't as yet evn know what Prepare 3D does, or is for, as I have only just downloaded your programme, so I am still reading the 'help' manual.

Hi Folks, I have only just downloaded FS Commander for the first time, amnd am stumped at the first onset. Please see the attached image.

I don't know how to get to the Database Manager First as instructed.

Thank you Pete, for your forebearance. I was putting my name in ok, john fautley, but it required a cap' J and a cap 'F' not lower case. Duhhhhh sorry to be a pain, but many thx for your valuable assistance.

I am using the installetr, but when I key in the 12 characters, it will not register. It says - 'sorry this is not a valid 12-character key, but it is. I have had to re-install FS20004 and that 12 character key worked before, but it doesn't work now.

Do you knowq why?

I assume by "FSUIPCS" you mean "FSUIPC"?

What is this "Fsp" you open? The Registration of FSUIPC is handled by the Installer. When you run the FSUIPC Installer it ends with a screen allowing you to register. You enter your details there., nowhere else. And all three parts -- name, email and 12-digit key MUST be exactly correct. Use cut-and-paste if you aren't sure.

Also check that you purchased the right key. FSUIPC3 (for FS2004 and before) uses different keys to FSUIPC4 (for FSX and later).

The earliest supported version of FSUIPC for FS2004 and before is 3.98, and for FSX and ESP is 4.60. Prepar3D needs 4.663 at least, available in the Download Links subforum.

[Verification key]

Hi, I have paid for FSUIPCS, but when I go to modules in FS9, click on FSUIPCS to get the registration dialogue box. When I type in the Key number, it says the number is invalid.

How do I go about getting this rectified. Who would I need contact please.

Hi. I purchased FUIPCS, and I have the Product code, but when I open Fsp and go to the FSUIPCS registration box, it says that the Key I have is incorrect, but it was the key I was sent. Do you know how I recover the Key?
