Everything when starting a free flight is off. Cant start engines.

I have some very good add-on aircraft that I would like to use I am using the new FSUIPC tool and when I start a flight it shuts everything down I need everything on at start. It can't start engines etc with some aircraft because this mod shuts down controls that I might not be able to turn back on because on/off functions don't exist. Is there a way to stop this from happening? CJ
