  1. An update, I did as you said and consulted the documentation and added the server protocol as well as the server IP address and I got it to finally connect. I also saved back up copies of the INI files just in case this problem happens again. Jr
  2. Hello Peter, First I want to say thank you for replying so fast. also, I would like to clarify some statements made in my OP. The 'errors galore' comment was pretty much a frustration comment and I would like to apologize if it offended in anyway. I have found this software extremely useful and valuable to my flightsimming. The quickfixes that i mentioned were the port configurations mentioned in the other forum posts with similar problems (in response to your question of where these posts are, they are under the searched topic of error 10044) I admit that I have not checked the manuals and I will read through them as soon as I get home tonight. When I do I shall post whether or not it works. Again, Thanks for responding so quickly
  3. Hello, I have searched this forum extensively and I have seen several people with similiar issues of mine. However, I have not found any decent enough fixes. For over a year I have ran FSX on my WinXP x64 desktop with fully registered FSUIPC and Widefs and widefs client on my win7 x64 laptop without a problem. All of a sudden, i'm getting errors galore and have tried several quickfixes and nothing doing. The logs are as followed.. I should also mention, I have double checked the ports as well as firewalls and nothing doing.
