[Strange Problem]

Ruud, just chalk this one up to Pilot Error. I was trying to "remember" how I installed the files and at my age the memory ain't so good. What I did was changed the texture file in world to texture.orig, so it wasn't being used. After getting frustrated enough by the scenery not working right, I finally went back and looked at the read before installing file and realized that file had to be copied and then left there. Everything now works fine. Guess I need to remember to review things before remembering how they work. And thanks for the reply!

[Strange Problem]

I purchased FScene for FS9 about a year ago from FlightSim.com. I've been real happy with it so far. Recently I had to replace the hard drive in my computer so everything is being reinstalled. I am running Windows 7 32-bit on the machine. The problem I'm having with FScene is the airport environs (areas that should be grass) are all black. They look the same from the air as on the ground. This seems to be just close proximity to the aircraft and the black moves with me as I taxi or takeoff. Any suggestions on that one? I've tried reinstalling several times and all that seems to happen is it changes the black areas to white. But no other scenery in the areas surrounding the aircraft. Everything on this computer is exactly the same as it was on the old hard drive so I'm a little perplexed. Any help would be appreciated.
